Pretty versatile player--played TE, RB, punted, returned kicks as well as playing DB. One of those long careers toiling in LA and Pitt that we've either forgotten or never knew about.

John Brodie and Sonny Jurgensen

Two stars of the 1960s. Sonny was one of the most gifted throwers of the ball the sport has ever seen. Brodie was very similar to Unitas and liked to utilize the play action pass. He just didnt have the total team like Unitas, until the end of his career.
