Sadly, according to PFR, no player with "Saint" or St." In his name has ever played for the New Orleans Saints.

Johnny Sample was a Steeler.

Honorable mention to George Wilson, who had the 1926 AFL LA Wildcats named after him (his nickname).

Darrel Toussaint and Toussaint Tyler both played for the Saints.

When I was eight years old, I noticed a football team named the Cleveland Browns. Their best player's last name was Brown and their coach's last name was Brown. I thought that was really something.
