2000 was a pretty dumb year, IMO. You didn't have any dominant teams. The playoffs were terrible. The two exciting playoff games were won by chump teams (Dolphins, Saints). The Ravens slogged their way through opposing backup QBs and eventually found Kerry Collins waiting for them in the Super Bowl, which in itself was incredibly boring. Watching Brian Billick and the Ravens celebrate was like watching the Detroit Pistons celebrate their titles...just an icky feeling.
The division winning QBs were Jay Fiedler, Steve McNair, Rich Gannon, Kerry Collins, Daunte Culpepper & Jeff Blake. Quite possibly the worst group in NFL history.
The only memorable moment was the Rams huge comeback against the Saints in the playoffs, and all Az-Hakim has to do is fair catch a punt and the Rams likely go on to score the winning TD...but alas, Az-Hakim fumbles the punt and the Rams repeat hopes are dashed.
