I wouldn't put him into the HOF. HOVG certainly. He had a lot of good seasons, but really only maybe one or two truly great years. Never truly dominant for long stretches. He was part of a tandem with Mathis. Together they were great. Each one on their own...not Hall of Fame caliber.
I think John Abraham is a bit better. Watched both of them plenty during my life and Abraham was harder to contain.
