Todd Marinovich's
second NFL start was in the 1991 playoffs, a 10-6 wild card game loss to Kansas City. He threw four picks.
Shaun King's playoff debut in 1999 was his sixth career start.
Probably not many other guys with fewer than five.

the closest thing I could find other than Todd Marinovich is Doug Flutie with the 1986 Bears starting the regular season finale against Tampa and then starting against Washington in the playoffs.

In the 1977 playoffs, Minnesota had to go with Bill Lee because Tarkenton was injured. In the divisional round, Pat Haden started for the Rams. He had taken over for Joe Namath in the fifth game of the season. The Vikings led 7-0 after 3 quarters and won 14-7, with Lee attempting only 10 passes and completing 5 for a whopping 57 yards. Haden went 14 of 32 for 130 yards with 1 TD and 3 INT.

Cowboys going up against Avellini, Lee and Morton was not very taxing for their defense.

Bob Lee’s stats were more than acceptable considering the quagmire that game was played in.
