Obstacles In Stadiums.

This isn't exactly on topic, but Jerry Jones, in his wisdom, designed AT&T Stadium so that you can't go from one side to the other on the ground level, without first exiting the turnstiles, and walking around. You can go around on the third level, but not the second. The only reason I can think of is to keep us dirty plebeians out of the sections reserved for the patricians.

One could say all of the old artificial turf rugs were obstacles.

Veteran's Stadium in Philadelphia that had that notable divet that caused more than a few injuries over the years. I know of all the rugs that players played on (and this is true of the baseball players too) they always said the rug at the Vet was the worst. There were divets and seams all over it, and whomever laid it should have been tried for Crimes Against Humanity.

Is Oakland Coliseum now the last NFL stadium in which players have to deal with the dirt of the baseball infield during September games? I know it's a dump and probably no fun to play on when it's in that state, but it does make me nostalgic to see the field like that.

The Oakland Coliseum is the last of the multi-purpose Baseball/Football stadiums.
