a short-career guy, played in the secondary of a Pacific Northwest team and

a linebacker who was consensus all pro a lot who played in a Texas oil town.

Those two were better choices, and both came later into the league, hope they can make it soon.

So I forget... after the 5 year rotation of senior/contributor nominees. (2 one year, 1 the next, etc.) what happens after that? 1 nominee each every year? 2 nominees each every year?

Twenty or so years ago, I thought the Pro HOF had done a much better job than the baseball and hockey halls and a somewhat better job than the basketball and college football halls.

Now I've just about given up on it. I think the last straw was finding out that Ron Borges is one of the voters.
