Denver QB Charley Johnson in 1975

Does anyone happen to know what type of injury Charley Johnson sustained in his 1975 season with the Broncos? Thanks for any info that you can provide.

in the 11/23 game against Atlanta, Johnson was hit during the second half of the game and sustained a hairline fracture of his left collarbone. It was first diagnosed on the field as a separation, but Johnson went back in game and completed a pair of passes during a scoring drive.

One month later, Johnson announced his retirement.
