Nope. That was important to the history of pro football, but unimportant to the history of the USA.
I guess I should've put one of those smiley faces at the end, but I just can't bring myself to do that.

"MLB, Year One."

A chronicle of the 1̶9̶9̶4̶ 1995 season.

or would '97 make more sense for interleague play?

As the saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover - or in this case its title. 1970 is a fascinating season and for all I know it could be an excellent book. That said, I've seen it out there and I couldn't get over the title, so I guess I'm with Ralph. Year one is year one. If we can just make up "Year One" then is 2002 the new year one? or when the 'emphasis' on illegal contact started, or essentially any season in the Goodell era with new rules (mostly for the worse) every year. Is year one when the Thursday Night Football package started? I don't even know how 'modern' 1970 is, the sport is played different now, looks different, different TV packages, different division alignments, different playoff structure, league structure, different rules, different uniforms, different equipment, and so on.

It was a pretty good recap of the key games of the 1970 season.
