I was looking recently at Super Bowl II highlights and I couldn't help but notice there seems to be something else written on the Raiders helmet and end zone logos besides the word RAIDERS. It looks like the word OAKLAND is there as well. I never see it in recreations of the Super Bowl II field online. Anyone know if this is the case or are my eyes playing tricks on me?
I do wish NFL Films would do a recreation of this game as best as possible given whatever footage it has like it did for Super Bowl I, especially since it's the only Super Bowl with no known surviving footage of the game telecast.

Actually, NFL Films themselves is rumored to have a mostly intact televised copy of SB II in its library. It was rumored to be included on the Greatest Games Series for the GB Packers but was rejected or buried for unknown reasons. It has been speculated that Packers fans themselves rejected the copy, but I simply dont believe it. If its truly out there, like the copy of SB I ... it needs to be seen and collected by fans who will trade for it. Bill Miller and Hewritt Dixon might have been the only Raiders who had decent games that day, in beautiful Miami sunshine.
