Surprising that Chris Grier finally got canned by the Dolphins. Many felt he had something on the owner to keep his job for so long without a playoff victory. Ross didnt fire McDaniel though, who gets a lame-duck sendoff. Maybe the team could rally for its coach but its doubtful. With an owner that rewards coaches for losing and screwing up a chance to get Tom Brady, the next coach
will have a hell of an uphill climb. The fans and press are all over Tua Tags but despite a tough season, he is a much tougher QB than people realize. He will bounce back whether for this team or another one ... I am still pulling for him.

Could Kellen Moore be one-and-done in New Orleans? It would seem improbable but you have a franchise that has way too much talent to be 1-8, regardless of the QB situation. Despite being a high second round draft pic, Shough had to wait his turn to be the starter at QB. Injuries on the offensive line have hurt and maybe they want to play younger people for better draft position.

Well, the Saints are improving under Moore but you wonder how the team might have done if Shough quarterbacked all year? Arch Manning might have been an option in the draft but he will go back to Texas for 2026.
--I felt if Miami would beat the Steelers, McDaniel might save his job with after a winning streak but as usual, the team cant win in the cold with the runners only getting 15 carries. Can McDaniel ever win a big game? Should Ross get another HC to try to win with Tua Tags?
-- Is Pete Carroll going to get another year with the Raiders? The team is dreadful. If he does, will Geno Smith stay as well?
--The Jets just fired their DC two weeks before Christmas. Should Glenn come back or hope a rookie QB in the draft can help him? Should he bring in Russell Wilson for veteran leadership next year?
-- Are these the final weeks for Taylor in Cincy, Stefanski in Clev, Gannon in Ariz? Would Brown really get rid of Taylor despite an AFC Championship? Would the Browns get rid of a two-time COTY? If Gannon got fired would Murray be back for his third HC?
With Penix hurt, could Atlanta retain Morris and Cousins?
