NFL Team Owners winning percentages

I just started a research project on NFL/ AAFC winning percentages by Team Owner.
I started with AAFC owners, 3 of which were merged into the NFL.
I do not think there has been a study done of this.

The Cleveland Browns first majority owner was Mickey McBride
Since the Browns dominated the AAFC ( 47 wins- 4 loses- & 3 ties ) and then under his ownership in the NFL ( 29 - 7 -0), that gives him as an owner
a record of ( 76 - 11 -&3) or a little over 84%.

Next, I randomly chose Jerry Jones and the Cowboys. Jerry bought the team in 1989. From 1989 till now, if my count is right the Cowboys under
Jerry are ( 311 wins- 263 loses - & 1 tie) for a owner winning percentage of around 54%
I realize the sample sizes are very different, but there is no way to factor that out and since NFL records basically start in 1920 and that year there
was a 1 and done team which had a loosing record, before I spend hours on each team, is there any owner that will have a better winning percentage
than Mickey McBride's winning percentage of 84%
