If it’s significant that this year ends with a 5, the two conference champions will be on the Packers’ schedule: In 1975, Green Bay played both Pittsburgh and Dallas. In 1985 they played both Chicago and New England. In 1995, Dallas and Pittsburgh. In 2005, Seattle and Pittsburgh. In 2015, Denver and Carolina.

So looking at that pattern, I’ll predict that Super Bowl 60 will be between the Eagles and the Ravens.

Interesting pattern and pick. Certainly a possibility.

Looking at the Packers schedule, they play their divisional opponents (Vikings, Bears, and Lions) as well as the Commanders, Browns, Cowboys, Bengals, Cardinals, Steelers, Panthers, Eagles, Giants, Broncos, and Ravens.

Of those other teams, the only other one I could also see you picking if you wanted to pick two of those is the Lions. I don't know who else on their schedule has a legit shot to go to the Super Bowl.

How much do you think Parsons could do for Dallas?

I'm going to guess the Chiefs will begin to 'regress'. When I say regress, I mean they will not make the Super Bowl. Other than Travis Kelce, Mahomes does not have a very reliable receiver to throw to. KC will also probably be a run first team starting this season with their off-season investments in their o-line. So, either Buffalo, Baltimore, the Chargers, Cincinnati or Denver come out of the AFC this year.

What do you think of KC's defense heading into this year?

I expect them to be solid again, Top 5 in scoring, and a Top 10 total unit. They extended Karlaftis, who I am really a fan of, and a bold guess is he will be contending for DPoY. I think he is ready to take the step forward to be right up there with Chris Jones on rushing the passer.
