Today - first defensive 2-point conversion in NFL playoffs, ever

That is the first defensive 2-point conversion in playoff game since it became
a rule. So, I suppose that counts as "in NFL history"

Justin Herbert 3 picks all year. 4 today.

I am sure there are guys who threw more in playoffs than regular season, someone who threw one or none in backup role and then threw 1 or 2
in playoffs -- but for a guy to more than double his season total.

Quite an anti-achievement.
