Kind of the opposite thing happened with Drew Bledsoe in 95...he led the NFL in pass attempts and finished last in passer rating. Kind of like a pitcher having the worst ERA in the league and pitching the most innings.

I think Warren Wells hit the trifecta in 1969, leading both leagues in yardage, average-per-reception and TDs, but had only 47 catches.

Cooper Kupp led in three categories in 2021, catches, yardage and TDs but not average-per-reception.
