So this is the list of players who made it through the first cut?

When’s the next one announced, and how many will be left after it?

From what I am hearing, 25-30 by November, counting ties of course.

Disappointed that Isbell continues to hang on but no traction for Verne Lewellen or Lavvie Dilweg. Howton or Benton didnt advance as well.

Happy Dick Anderson gets farther but he wont get elected. Jake Scott would have had a better chance but didnt advance. No Dave Grayson for the AFL ...

Surprised Ralph Neely got farther than Leon Gray

Isbell would at least be justifiable if his career ended because he got hurt or went off to war, but the dude just quit on his team. Ain't nobody got time for that. Him continuing to clog up the vintage Packer spot is both illogical and insulting.

Couple of thoughts i have

1. Got 34/60 right would have been 34/50 if not for the 10 ties at the end

2. Three of my super seniors made it through to the next round which im satisfied and content with

3. The one name that surprised me that made the list was Jim Tyrer for Very Very Obv Reasons

4. I dont think Isbell will get in for a couple of reasons 1. His short career by only playing 5 years and leaving the team like james said 2. the ship to induct playes from the 30s and 40s has sailed

Ill Post my 30 Remaning Soon
