The 1979 Rams had three starters and a fourth who came off the bench to help win two games late in the season.

Pat Haden started the first 10 games, broke his hand in Week 10 against Seattle after having his best game of the year. Vince Ferragamo was slightly injured so rookie Jeff Rutledge started against the Bears, had a poor game which Rams lost to fall to 5-6. Vince Ferragamo started the rest of the season. Bob Lee was signed after Haden's injury. Lee relieved Ferragamo in a win over the 49ers. The next week against the Vikings, Ferragamo had a bad first half. Bob Lee replaced him to start the second half and played the rest of the way as the Rams won on a fake FG run for a TD by holder Nolan Cromwell in the last minute.

Vince Ferragamo went all the way in the last two regular season games plus the playoff games and the Super Bowl. So the Rams used four QBs in 1979. I read that prior to Super Bowl XIV against the Steelers, the Ram coaches were lamenting, "If only we had Haden."

How about 3 QBs whose last names all started with L? And two Hall-of-Famers, to boot.
Sid Luckman, Johnny Lujack, and Bobby Layne for the 1948 Bears, who went 10-2-0 but finished second to the Cardinals in the Western Division.
Luckman started most of the games but Lujack started 3 and Layne started 1.
