Name the team and the season based on the following criteria:

*Defeated both title-game participants during the regular season
*Player on roster would go on to kick a 60-yard FG
*2 HOFers on offense
*4 players on roster previously had or would have 1000-yard rushing seasons. 1 of those players would lead the NFL in rushing for a season.
*DT on roster had 70.5 unofficial career sacks
*Team finished in last place in their division and missed the postseason

I would say the 1981 Cleveland Browns, who I know finished in last place and somehow beat both the Niners & Bengals that year. I believe that they are the only team to defeat both NFL finalists in the same season and finish in last place.
I'm pretty sure they had P Steve Cox on that team, who handled KO duties and would go on to make a 60 yd FG later in his career.
As for the rest of the criteria, I am not certain.
