Hey Guys:
What NFL team has the record for the most consecutive victories on opening day? Please tell me the team, and the years. Thanks!

Isn't it the Cowboys from 65-81?

The streak was broken when Pittsburgh beat the Cowboys on Monday Night in Week 1 of the 1982 season.MatthewToy wrote:Isn't it the Cowboys from 65-81?

I've always wondered which team has the most straight losses on opening week. Anyone knows?

The current Browns have to be getting close, if they're not already there. They've lost their last 10, and have won only once since returning in '99.Teo wrote:I've always wondered which team has the most straight losses on opening week. Anyone knows?

In the Steelers 1982 highlights they show the Cowboys coming on the field in their classic jerseys but playing the game in their new generic numbered jerseys. Did they change after warm-ups or was that just a weird NFL Films edit?Rupert Patrick wrote:The streak was broken when Pittsburgh beat the Cowboys on Monday Night in Week 1 of the 1982 season.MatthewToy wrote:Isn't it the Cowboys from 65-81?
