Its still hard to believe no team is giving him a chance. The Eagles last night had what, three rushing attempts from their backs ? ... The Falcons cant run the ball as well ...

When asked how old I am I explain that I played football for 20 years and football years are like dog years in that they count for seven times as many... then I tell them my skeleton is 182 years old and let them do the math...

The Henry situation really sucks for the game, the dude is a legend in the making and an absolute joy to watch, maybe the last great traditional bellcow RB (excluding these hybrid guys like McCaffrey). Those who grew up watching Jim Brown probably felt a wave of nostalgia seeing this man run the last few years. Bringing back AP for one last ride into the sunset certainly doesn't make his loss worth it, but maybe it'll at least make it not in vain. It's about the best thing that could develop from such a tragedy, I suppose.

After getting cut by the Titans, whose other backs had critical fumbles against the Patriots, Peterson is signed by the Seahawks, who at least have wide receivers who are healthy, though their season is done. I was truly hoping Peterson could help the Titans by postseason ...
