The first of ten players I feel are deserving for HOVG consideration ...
Ruben Brown went to 9 Pro Bowls, received All-Pro mentions after four seasons, was named to the All-Rookie team in 1995, and played in a Super Bowl as a member of the Chicago Bears. Seems to me this resume is the epitome of Hall-of-Very-Good criteria ...
I see many players being touted who went to 3 or 4 Pro Bowls, and never received other post-season accolades.
Thoughts?

Yeah, I know ... I just know he isn't an HOFer ... definitely a HOVGer though ...

He's a HOVG shoo in when he's eligible.
