Next Coffin Corner
A preview of the next "Coffin Corner" is now available for immediate download from the Members Only section of the PFRA website. It is a special issue dedicated to the 1920 APFA season. The final version will hopefully be online next week.
To accompany this preview is a gamebook (including statistics and play-by-play) for the December 12, 1920 game between the Akron Pros and the Decatur Staleys. This is located in the Gamebooks section.

So, not permanent? Kinda prefer this look. But I'm not an art guy. In fact, I'm not even Art. (Or Guy, for that matter.)

I get "C.C. Staph", kind of a Simpson's Halloween vibe, but what about M. Booth Lowrey? I assume its also a pen name, but I didn't get that one.
Whoever worked on it did a great job. I really enjoyed it. Lots of history in those pages. What struck me is that we got multiple examples where one play could have resulted in a different champion. I always felt Akron really earned that one. They basically survived two championship games.
