Picked up two period photos from the 1930 Giants vs. Notre Dame All Stars game - the first one shows Badgro scoring a safety

The next one shows Friedman passing

I notice Friedman isn't wearing a helmet in that photo, while in this one I have from the New York Times he has his helmet on.

I believe this is the last time that the Four Horsemen suited up together and played. I have read that one fellow on the Giants' roster also played against them the very first time they played together. Cool story.
