It could be argued that the Eagles performance was just as dominating as the Bears. Certainly Chicago has the advantage with the final score: the Packers just lacked any motivation provided by the opposing owner to run up The score. Both teams were up 48/49 -0 midway through the third quarter. The Packers didn't have any taunts of "first half team" ringing in their ears.
That 37-3 advantage in first downs and 628-54 advantage in yards is eye-opening.... even more so then the 381-5 lead in rushing yards and 8 interceptions compiled by the Bears.

There were some oddities in the Packers/Eagles game.

Eagles quarterbacks (Sonny Jurgensen and King Hill both played) passed for 56 yards in 25 attempts. This was the same yardage as the Packers HALFBACKS in 6 attempts. Six option pass attempts in a 49-0 win. Paul Hornung had two of them, but he barely played. One series at the end of the first half with two pass completions and one run for four yards. Then he missed a field goal in the 3rd quarter. Jerry Kramer handled the conversion placements. Willie Wood kicked off.

Another kicker, Max McGee, had a 36 yard run. As a punter, on a fake punt. With the Packers up 49-0.

Eagles reached Packer territory for the only time in the 4th quarter. Jurgensen led an eight play drive, including a fourth down conversion, all the way to the Green Bay 46. There he was intercepted by Willie Wood. It was Eagles' only turnover, the Packers had two of them.

Philly could often be a house of horrors for the Packers, who would either get blown out or lose a game they should have won. In 1962, that didn't happen.

I saw the Packers had 5 players attempt a pass in this game. That has to be a record, at least in the post-1950 NFL.

Okay, the dominated team did have less penalties.

My vote might be for this game being the most dominating game ever. Not as lopsided as the Bears and Redskins game but it took place in an era that made it a lot more difficult for things like this to happen and Miami also had fewer yards than the Redskins did.

I don't know about "most dominating performance" ever but the second has to be among the most dominant quarters I've ever seen.
