The Western New York chapter of the PFRA held its 3rd annual conference on Saturday (Apr 7). A grand time attended by approximately 20 people (some were guest speakers and others guests of PFRA members). Speakers included Mike Haim (Buffalo Bills chief statistician), Denny Lynch (retired archivist of the Buffalo Bills), Jeff Schober (author of "Growing Up Gronk"), Rich Blake (author of "Talkin' Proud"), Terry Braunstein (actress who appeared in Buffalo's Talkin' Proud commercials in the 1980s and also co-star of movie "Buffalo 66"), Lou Piccone (Buffalo Bills alumni), and George Bozeka (asst ex dir of the PFRA). Greg Tranter brought several items from his personal collection focusing on the 1980 Buffalo Bills, as well as items relating to NFL games played in War Memorial Stadium prior to 1960.

PFRA members attending were: Jeff Miller, Chris Babcock, George Bozeka, Adam Connelly, Bert Gambini, Ilia Kresic, Denny Lynch, Joe Marren, and Greg Tranter

We all had a great time hanging out, discussing the sport we love, and hearing the great speakers! As always, thanks for coordinating and putting it all together!

Thanks to Ilya for the Paula's Donuts.

Another successful event, as far as I'm concerned. Kudos to Jeff for putting it together for the 3rd year in a row.
