I think a book featuring just the Thanksgiving Day games of professional football would be very interesting. There have been some great moments & memories associated with these games and would be a nice read.

That would be cool. You could go back to pre-NFL when Jim Thorpe played, I think there were some good Thanksgiving day games in the 1915-1920 date range. That way about 100 years could be covered.
