Something to do with Aaron Jones' TD in OT? The first time a player had exactly one carry in a game and it happened to be an overtime TD?

You got it.ChrisBabcock wrote:Something to do with Aaron Jones' TD in OT? The first time a player had exactly one carry in a game and it happened to be an overtime TD?
There was one that was close. In 1976 Mercury Morris had 2 carries for the Chargers, both in OT, one was the winning TD.

He was only out there to give Jamaal Williams a breather. Once Jones is healthy, the two of them could form quite a tandem.

And what about the Rams' Nolan Cromwell rushing 5 yards on a fake field goal to beat the Vikings in OT in 1979? Technically, it was his obly rushing attempt of the game.
