In another (favorite) clip somewhere Curtis comments on how much he misses the opportunity that existed on a football field to immediately settle any personal difficulties encountered, man to man. And laments that is not the case in the business world.
I've got to say I've felt that way on more than one occasion.
Although, to be honest and as a middle manager its more often been the owner of the company who was abusing employees and needed/deserved an "attitude adjustment."
