Tony Teresa led the Raiders in rushing in that franchise's first-ever season, but quit football after that year.

Wonder why he quit?

He died a fairly young man too. Was only 50 years old (died in 1984) Wonder why the sudden retirement.

Back problems. He had surgery where "a portion of his hip bone was grafted to another piece of his anatomy," according to one report.
