When are the 2016 NFL Statistics released?

I'm trying to get my hands on the official 2016 NFL Statistics as soon as they are released and don't want to wait for the release of the pdf of the Record and Fact Book. I remember in the past the NFL used to release an annual statistics booklet that was sent out I guess to media outlets, because I have purchased a number of these old booklets from the 70's and 80's from Ebay, but these days I am guessing if they still do it these days it is a digital release. I feel the official stats are released a couple months before the release of the Record and Fact Book. Does anybody know when the NFL typically releases their official stats and how one can obtain them?
