I have a question about newspapers.com. I joined and i=used the "save page" option. Today when i tried to pull up some of the pages I saved it made me login to see them. Right now I am a member but i I discontinue then how can I save those pages so that I may still view them? I tried to save as PDF but that only did part of the page. Thanks.

I would say take screen shots and use the Paint feature, which is what I do.

The best thing to do is save (click on the printer icon) to your computer as a JPG (if you do it as PDF it will be blurry when you zoom in). It's a bit slow, but worth it in the long run.
I always save the entire page, especially with really long articles its less of a hassle.

Does anyone have (relatively close) access to the Memphis Commercial Appeal (I know Genealogy.com has 1968-69) from roughly 1955-73? The reason I ask is that the Gridiron Uniform Database has uniform info for all but 11 preseason games dating back to 1950--with five of those missing games being played in Memphis. :x Any help would be appreciated:

I have used this site extensively over the past several years ...
Same. It used to be great, still usable but has gone way downhill over the years, as well.

Of the pay sites Newspapers.com is my favorite largely because I rarely have to pay for it. You can have a free account to search for things and you can see the info in the preview box which a lot of time answers my question or provides info/confirmation of what I was looking for. You can also get the free week trial so when I really needed to use it I always had the free trial available and would just buckle down and pull every piece of information I needed/wanted when specifically working on a project.
Does anyone know if the Milwaukee Journal ended up on newspapers.com and if so can you view the entire paper by date? Or do you have to search for an article.

I saw them listed on Genealogy Bank but when I clicked on the link for the Milwaukee Journal the webpage asks for names of your ancestors. So at first I thought this was for genealogy researchers only but it sounds like they have the entire paper, correct? Is it easy to navigate if say I wanted to follow the Packers during their Lombardi years by reading the sports section each day? I was doing exactly that when it was available at googlenewsarchive and was 12 weeks into the 1966 when it was removed a few months ago.

Click on Advanced Search it will bring up "Include Keywoards" and spaces to enter the dates. You don't need to enter anything in the "Ancestor's Last Name."

For those of you interested in such things, www.newspapers.com now has the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
