Noooo.... Pick any 3 from the 21st century. Jeffrey Miller back me up on this.

Well, except for maybe Bledsoe and Fitzpatrick... and the jury is still out on Tyrod.

Stan Gelbaugh gave Seattle the best moment of the worst season in franchise history - and Al Michaels called him Stouffer while he was doing it.

Dan McGwire should definitely be on the list. If you went by popular names it would definitely be Mirer, McGwire and Stouffer. Seattle has had some terrible backups and one game players, though. Mirer is definitely not one of the 3 least talented. Neither is Stouffer (at least he had that TD pass after getting his nose broken and falling down, ha). McGwire is the worst and the worst draft pick and the worst $5 I ever spent as a kid on a rookie card (at least I have a card of McGwire in his SD State uni i guess?) ...

I liked Gelbaugh, was a fan. More because I loved the WLAF and he was 1991 MVP with London. Hated in '92 when he got benched for the original "Air" McNair.

I was ecstatic that he was with the Seahawks and the '92 MNF game against Denver is still one of my favorite Seahawks games ever.

Gary Cuozzo takes the No. 1 spot on the Vikings list. Norm Snead also belongs because he should have been the guy in '71 but he blew his opportunities.

Ponder's history may have changed if he could have played in the 2012 playoff game against the Packers. Matt Cassel wasn't really a disappointment as not a great deal was expected of him and he played fairly well when he wasn't injured.

Actually, Van Pelt had some lucid moments ... LOL

Gotta go with my friend Chris on this one. Joe Dufek, Bruce Mathison, Dan Manucci ...

For Buffalo, I would remove Van Pelt, who had his moments. (He led two scoring drives in the playoff loss to Pittsburgh, he brought the Bills back from a 20 point deficit to tie Denver.)

I would go with Gary Marangi (0-7 in 1976, and he completed 36% of his passes,) Dan Manucci (the Bills gave up 20 sacks in 1980. He took 5 of them in three quarters), and Tom Flores (never threw a TD pass for Buffalo.)
Feel free to insert Ferragamo, Bruce Mathison, Todd Collins, or Kay Stephenson. Chris, I think all of these guys were worse than anything we've had in the 21st century. Losman, Edwards, EJ were all mediocre. The guys I listed were bad.

I also thought of Gary Marangi.
How do Bills fans feel about Rob Johnson?
Kim McQuilken belongs on Atlanta's list. Randy Johnson doesn't. Heisman winner Pat Sullivan was pretty awful as a pro.
Chicago has had a lot of guys worse than Mike Phipps who wasn't great but he did go to the playoffs in '79.
Jim Ninowski could be on Cleveland's or Detroit's list.
Like Ninowski, King Hill had a long ineffective career mostly with the Eagles.

Clemens never started long enough nor was he ever counted on long enough to be a real problem. Nagle had the starting job in 1992 and stunk so bad that the team went out and got a real quarterback (Boomer Esiason) after that season. Foley was decent in a few spots until Week 2 in 1998. He quickly couldn't get the job done and the switch was made to Vinny Testaverde who went 12-2 as a starter the rest of the way (Foley was 1-3).

Richard Todd could always find the open linebacker according to WFAN talk show host Joe Benigno.

Mark Sanchez made a 13-3 team 9-7 in 2009 according to me. He also wrecked the Jets for many years due to the ridiculous contract extension he was given. Of course, Mike Tannenbaum and Rex Ryan get the blame. Sanchez isn't gonna say, "Nope. Sorry, I don't deserve that money. I really suck."

Geno Smith is a guy who missed a team meeting because he forgot what time it was, got punched in the face by a teammate, and cursed at a fan at a game, among other things.

I guess it depends what you are going for here. If it is about guys who had a handful of starts, I guess Clemens, Nagle and Foley are fine. I would rather see Rick Mirer and Bubby Brister than Clemens and Foley, though. Mirer cost the team a playoff berth in 1999. Brister once let a shovel pass get intercepted and returned for a touchdown. If you want to say Todd and Sanchez won playoff games, so they have to be excluded from the lousy list, I can understand that.

Sanchez is my least favorite Jets quarterback ever. I give him very little credit for the four playoff games won with him as the quarterback. He cost the team seeding in 2009, cost them a playoff berth in 2011 and helped damaged their salary cap situation for about three years.

Rob Johnson had his moments too. I would say Billy Joe Hobert was a complete washout during his brief stint--probably deserves at least honorable mention.

I can't include Hadl in this top (bottom?) 3. He was well past his prime as a Packer, but he did what he could with a dead arm and a dismal supporting cast. He's often erroneously tagged as one of the worst because of the ridiculous price they paid for him.

Choosing only from quarterbacks who had at least five starts, I might go instead with Tobin Rote. He was a relatively exciting QB who threw a lot more often than his peers, but he won fewer than one-third of his starts and only once during seven years in Green Bay did he complete more than half his passes.
