A fun read with a lot of fun stuff.
I remember many of those covers/books as I'm sure many here do.
Among my favorites:
The December 1960 Sport Magazine cover subtitles:
Willie Mays May Be The best ever (well, maybe....) &
Sonny Liston Says: I Want A Shot At Floyd Patterson
Perhaps because listening to Sonny Liston lose to Cassius Clay (remember him?) is one of my first memories it seems strange to me to think of Johnny U being before Liston/Ali.
