The Colts would have gone to the Championship game against Cleveland. Could Tom Matte and the Colts have pulled off another upset.

Re: 104th season, Week 18 preview
And in a bizarre twist.
If Pittsburgh and Jacksonville both lose. They will have to wait till the late afternoon Denver vs Las Vegas to determine who gets the 7th seed. Suddenly the meaningless game decides the playoffs. Denver wins Pittsburgh 7th seed. Las Vegas wins Jacksonville the 7th seed.

Hi there! Don't know if you'll see this, but the Tribune reported on January 29, 1947, that Keeshin dropped the suit after selling his interest in the Rockets. Halas's statement after Keeshin dropped the suit: "My attorneys made a motion to dismiss the complaint or Mr. Keeshin that I had libel...

Agree with you. Think Field Goals have become too easy. For some teams already you only need to get to the other teams 45 yard line to score 3 points. I do believe something needs to be done to make them harder.

I've enjoyed watching the games and I hope the league is around for more seasons. It will be interesting to see if the teams start playing in their city of listing next season. Bought tix for the championship game in Canton. Should be a lot of fun. I have taped and watched all the games that were b...

Re: So, what's the purpose of this new USFL?
I know the original back in the 80s went after some known college players as well as NFL free agents, but this one doesn't seem to be resembling that I would guess because of an inability to compete with salaries? Plus, what's the deal with all games being in Birmingham when all the teams represent...
