Apology accepted. No big deal. Kind of funny, actually.JohnTurney wrote:I am? Okay, then I admit I was wrong. When I make mistakes I have no trouble admitting it and apologizing. Re: Clinic players
I'm working on a list of players that start with the letter 'A'. Will share when ready.

Re: KNOWN ISSUES
Nah, it's comical. Sad involves matters of life and death. Let's not get too full of ourselves. Researchers, writers and historians (of which I consider myself a part) are just people struggling to explain their view of the world to others via the guise of another subject. Rare is the guy who captur...

Re: KNOWN ISSUES
I'm no expert on non-profits, and thus no expert on non-profit board structure. I do know quite a bit about corporate structure, and I realize they're not the same thing. That said, sometimes the concept of unanimous vote doesn't work. Sometimes you need someone in charge. I'm glad I live in a demo...

Might I make one suggestion? You should publish this excellent review on Amazon for the benefit of football fans who may not be aware of this forum. Great suggestion. I'm for anything that brings more attention to actual product this group produces. Problem is, I don't how to post a review at Amazo...

Re: KNOWN ISSUES
This thread was designed to try to solve issues - not to provide a playground. Instead of helping (contributing) to solve some of those issues, a few of you are acting like little marys on the sideline who can't wait to tell teacher there's a fight. Please; let us stay on track. You're right, OCC.

Re: I miss the old NFL's fastest nab
I work with a guy who was in the Vikings training camp in 1981. Defensive back. He didn't make the team but said Bud Grant cut him personally, saying he reminded him of Paul Krause.
My friend is smart enough to know that Bud was just letting him down gently, but it speaks well of Bud.

Go ahead, take the last word. It's what you do. What happened to this? Only took 40 minutes. :o I found the baiting too delightful to resist! :D And why let you off the hook? You're good for a few witty barbs, but when you meet your match you eventually start sputtering like an Edsel, and its fun t...
