Re: 2024 NFL Predictions
Looks like the Red Rifle will get his chance for Carolina. Hard to bet on alot of these lame QBs but Jackson and Burrow need team wins bad. I know its overreaction monday but KC better find a replacement for Pacheco, who is fun to watch. Could they sign --gulp-- Kareem Hunt? Is Fournette available?...

Re: 2024 NFL Predictions
Jets dismantle the Patriots 24-3...basically the complete effort w/Rodgers that we've all been waiting for. Game felt like it should've been 40-3 Rodgers looked like his prime self, and even showed a good amount of mobility. New York physically dominated from start to finish. They got through this u...

Re: Two seasons that stood out to me
Yikes, and somehow the Saints were 4-4 at one point that season.Bryan wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2024 12:10 pmhttps://www.pro-football-reference.com/ ... 210sfo.htm

Re: 2024 NFL Predictions
So far the Ravens a surprise 0-2, Cinci as well after a brutal and controversial loss to KC. New England may be better than anyone expected...not too happy with that. Dolphins lose Tua to a concussion, who knows what's going to happen there (or if he should ever continue his career) lots of names be...

Re: Two seasons that stood out to me
1999 could've been salvaged for the Jets had they not had the meek deer in headlights Rick Mirer as their backup when Vinny went down. When they finally got into a groove with Ray Lucas, they were in too deep a hole to crawl out of (ended up 8-8). Some similarities to last year...a backup who isn't...

Re: Least favorite season your team had?
So many to choose from. Oh so many Have to go with 1995 for the Jets. Leon Hess moronically fires Pete Carroll after 1 season and for some ungodly reason hires Rich Kotite...who just flamed out in Philly and looked completely disinterested and beleagured in the process. The Jets trade Rob Moore for...

Re: Worst playoff team in NFL history?
I nominate the 2007 Titans, a team that won more games (10) than they had passing touchdowns (9). It’s insane to think that a team could account for 9 touchdowns in 16 games and make the playoffs. Heck, they got in over that famously exciting 2007 Browns team with Derek Anderson throwing 29 touchdo...

Re: Your Unpopular Football Opinions
1) I still don't love the 2 point conversion. I understand why it exists, and I wasn't resisting it's arrival in 1994...to me it just wasn't necessary. It was fine that a 16 point lead was something that you should not be able to make up with just two touchdowns and 2 cheap "easter egg" pl...
