I will admit, the Jets could easily be 4-4 but it doesnt help having Hall and Cooper hurt, though Allen is finally playing to his potential. Smith has protected the ball pretty well but still takes too many sacks but I still feel this team can win 6-7 games if they can get on a streak ... if not, i...

The jury is in. Aaron Glenn is not a good head coach. The Jets have really ruined football for me. My posting here has gone down considerably. I didn't renew my subscription to the Association. I don't have Sunday Ticket anymore. I saw some of the plays of the Packers-Lions game but really wasn't w...

Only question about Glenn is if he gets the entire 2026 season...it looks like he will but he is a coach that absolutely will be fired. Jets with KC and Buffalo on the schedule will be 2-8. A mediocre coach has them at worst 4-4 right now.

Mike Webster? Wasn't he Iron Mike too? Looking back at some Ditka pics...the Bears were so behind the times in the 60s with their helmets. Those look like early-mid 50's helmets, the plastic single bar...the chin strap looks strange https://www.timesonline.com/gcdn/authoring/authoring-images/2026/10...

Not sure if Tennessee will do it but I am still astounded they hired Saleh after the 3 seasons + 5 games of awfulness fort he Jets. No surprise they are 0-5 and Saleh is a hideous 20-41 as head coach. The Titans would be wise to make him one and done Glenn...I just don't know. Leaning on getting rid...

Gary Barnidge. Maybe not the biggest one hit wonder but an odd one. Had a rather anonymous 6 year career as a fringe TE with the Panthers and Browns

Out of nowhere at the age of 30 he catches 79 passes for 1,043 yards and 9 td's. Has an OK follow-up season...55 catches 600 yards. Then retires.

I recently watched the NFL Network Timeline episode about Vince Lombardi in Washington. Afterward, I thought about what would have happened if he got his health checked better in 1968, survived, and stayed as Redskin coach for several more years. Didn't he have an exceptionally aggressive cancer? S...

That was such a SOJ loss. Mougey has done a terrific job upgrading the roster but, seems like in game decision making by Glenn could be what costs them games this year. Kind of see them ending up a hard luck 7-10 team

The 1996 Jets were maybe the best 1-15 team I've seen. They should've ended up around 4-12 or 5-11...but they were "coached" by Rich Kotite who had pretty much quit on the team and would leave practice early to beat traffic. The following season they were a hard luck 9-7 that should've bee...
