Its crazy how close that whole season all came to being a totally different Super Bowl. Once you start really looking close that Rams team was not an invincible juggernaut, they were very beatable. There were so many twist of fate things happening that led us to that Super Bowl that would have been ...

I believe "The Drive II" belongs in the discussion. For me it's the best drive, the beginning of the end of an NFL franchise. Broncos vs Oilers in 1991 playoffs, 98 yards, two 4th down conversions. I'd take that over the 86 one over Cleveland. For me an underrated one that is justifiably u...

1998 Jets
1998 Vikings
1992 Dolphins
1999 Jaguars
1994 Steelers
1991 Lions
1990 Raiders

1997 49ers
1997 Steelers
1999 Buccaneers
1991 Broncos
1995 Colts
1996 Jaguars

The 91 and 92 Bills had issues and were not at the peak of their powers so I'd stick with the 1990 and 1993 teams. I do think those teams match up well with the 94 49ers, 96 Packers, and definitely I'd put money on them to beat the 1999 Rams, 2005 Steelers, 2006 Colts, 2007 Giants, 2008 Steelers, 20...

There is a 26 year old young man I work with that is a huge Packers fan telling me about how great of a lineage they have at QB from Favre to Rodgers to Love. I said you could keep going back and asked if he knew who Don Majkowski was and he had never heard of him. That's sad. Have you tried Cecil ...

I got to say the ultimate one hit wonder of NFL history for me is Don Majkowski 1989, 6 fourth quarter comebacks, 7 game winning drives, over 4,300 passing yards, took down Montana and the 89 49ers in Candlestick in a great game. Led the Packers to 10-6 record but only 5 NFC playoff spots in 1989 so...

I'll throw out one that I came across a while back that I never hear anybody bring up. Chicago Bears WR Marcus Robinson in his 2nd season in 1999 caught 84 passes for 1,400 receiving yards(9 TD catches). He never even came close to that for the rest of his 7 year career(he played for Baltimore and M...

0-7 at the division level. I think all of those games are on the road too. They have just never had that big season where it came together for them or they went on a run on the road in the playoffs. They get up to 10-6 or 10-7 and that's the ceiling. 2012 they got off to an 11-1 start before the wh...

I would imagine that as far as nationwide fanbase outside of local markets the Texans have to be at or near the bottom as one of the least popular teams in the country? I live in East Texas up about 4 hour away from Houston(about 2 hours east of Dallas so Cowboys country). When I moved here from Hou...
